By understanding the delicate interplay between the mind, communication (both verbal and non-verbal) and learned patterns of behaviour we give you the tools to break free from negative behavioural patterns that have been holding you back. We analyse all aspects of your engagement with the world and those around you and find ways to maximise all interactions!
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) is a revolutionary and powerful treatment that can assist in all aspects of health and well-being. EFT provides a framework to help the body heal itself using only natural methods such as acupuncture and energy massage. The core concept is that 'The cause of all negative emotions is a disruption in the body's energy system,' and so we seek to bring the mind, body and spirit back to proper balance.
